 We begin with a free consultation to discuss your goals, vision, and budget. Whether it's a kitchen or bathroom remodel, we'll listen carefully to understand your needs and answer any questions you may have.

• On-site meeting at your home
• Detailed discussion of your project
• Rough project estimate that can be refined in the design phase

 Our designers get to work bringing your vision to life. 

We'll refine the details, select materials, and create a comprehensive plan that fits your style and budget. 

We charge a small design fee that is 100% credited towards your project.

We schedule a Design Meeting at our studio.

• 3D drawings, refined scope of work, plus a detailed estimate
• Professional design consultation
• Material and fixture selections

You can also request a VR tour of your 

fully rendered kitchen or bathroom!

 You'll receive a detailed proposal outlining the full scope of work and costs. 

Once you approve, we formalize everything in writing to ensure clear expectations.

• Transparent pricing and timelines
• Formal agreement and deposit collection
• Project scheduling

 Once we have an agreement and receive your deposit, we'll begin to order materials so they arrive before your project begins.

✅ What happens:

• Review project schedule
• Confirm material orders
• Discuss site preparation and access

 Our experienced team gets to work! 

Your project manager and the team arrive, protect your floors and get started.

We'll maintain a safe job site and communicate with you regularly about progress and any unexpected findings. We will communicate with you through our online scheduling portal, and your project manager will regularly communicate with you about your project.

• Project updates and progress check-ins
• Change orders handled professionally (if needed)

 Once the project is nearing completion, we’ll walk through the space together to ensure everything is complete and ready for inspections, if needed.

• Final punch list completed
• Space cleaned and ready for you
• Final inspections are scheduled if required
